International Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance
Location: Mohandseen & Shobra
Scope: Assist Canadian & American customers with their inquiries
Requirements:
• University graduate or Undergrads.
• Very Good command of English language (Check the last point in the post)
• Flexibility with rotational working hours and days off.
• Ladies flexibility with late shifts maximum till 2:00 AM with door to door transportation provided back home.
• Guys flexibility with late night and over night shifts.
Benefits:
• Salary Packages: 2000 - 3000 EGP or 3000 - 4500 EGP or 6000 - 7000 EGP NET SALARY (Will be determined according to your interview result and English fluency).
• Medical insurance with coverage up to EGP 100,000.
• Social Insurance.
• Extra overnight shift allowance added on top of the salary up to 1000L.E.
• Guaranteed profit share by the end of each year of 2 months Net Salary.
• VPN Line/ Mobile Allowance.
• Door-to-door Transportation (for ladies only-back home, and meeting points for guys).
